Any movement on BCV refurb?

Was wondering if anyone there has seen anything taking place yet? Heard refurb was starting 5/31 and curious to see if there is any progress.

I have read that they have started on communal areas..lobby etc. No word on rooms yet..they are dragging this out..I just wish they would start already!
