You should post your request to the DISigner herself since the original request was handled quite awhile ago....

The HowTo, Meet the DISigners, and particularly the Creative Boards Welcome sticky threads at the top of the forum provide information that every newbie needs to look at.

Piggybacking on old requests is not the way to go....
