Check out allearsnet.com Under Dining section, they pretty much have all the menus. That'll help you.
JMHO, we don't care much for Italy. I guess because we feel we can get just as good of Italian food at home...we like to eat something different or at least not as easily accessible when we're at Epcot. We like Tempanyaki in Japan particularly.
We went to Alfredos at lunch time and we loved it. It was me, DH, DD12, DD9 (at the time). The food was good. The waiters were all gorgeous , but I digress.
Here are some pictures:
Pizza appetizer
Pasta Trio (the meatballs are not part of the trio, but came with the kids spaghetti)
Kids pasta with sauce on the side and minus the meatballs (that are on DH's plate above)
Kids Capuccino (hot chocolate)
Desserts (Chocolate mousse and cheesecake dessert)
