Try the Studios...

As you're walking toward ToT, there is usually a soda/ice cream cart in the middle of the street in front of ToT. Matt & Randy (at least I think its Randy) are doing a 2 man Streetmosphere type act there in the area between the food cart and the archway to RnRC.

No diablo though...

I've also heard that have been sightings at the Boardwalk but this is unconfirmed...
