Any Marina Lifeguards out there?

My brother just got assigned to Poly/Grand Floridian Marina as a life guard. We were wondering what that job entailed? Does it have to do with the boats? Does it have any actual lifeguarding in it? or do the guards switch around to different locations occationally? any info would be much appreciated
