Any luck with Lost and Found through Chargerback?

I recently returned from a trip and our last stop before MCO was the Riviera for Topollino’s Terrace. We checked our bags with Bell Services, including two strollers. We had little Mickey and Minnie keychains with Appletags on the strollers. When we got then back, we were rushing to get to our cab to the airport and didnt notice one was no longer with us until we were well gone. I immediately went to Lost and Found (since I can literally see it’s at Bell Services) and was surprised to see it’s Chargerback. I have had a terrible experience with them worth an item through United that should have been relatively easy to either recover or say it can’t be found (doo could either know it’s coming or get a replacement) instead i just get empty rosters.

Has any one had any luck with Chargerback?
And i guess anyone going to be near Riviera Bell Services soon?
