Any luck getting into Ohana's a little early?

We are taking 2 granddaughters age 4 to Disney World in September (free Dining). I really want to take them to Ohana's. The one day that we can go it is booked up until 8:10. I am afraid the girls won't make it till that late to eat. If we show up a little early is there any chance of getting in a little earlier or is that a waste of our time? Any suggestions?

Just keep calling. There were a few restaurants I wanted, but when I called way back they were booked. Just called this week and got all three of them.

We have the same problems sometimes, I can tell you though that if we have a late ADR and I know that the kids won't make it we show up early. We have done it lots of times! They will usually seat you within a few minutes. If you can't get a better time, just show up earlier and hopefully it will work out. It usually does. Have a great trip!
