Any love the film A Clockwork Orange?

Im a big fan myself. Not read the book or watched the film for a fair while though, but I have been out giving some tramps kickings when they ask if I can spare some cutter.
(joke).

I love to speak a little Nadsat myself, oh my little brother. A silly devotchka I am.

I love the film and the book. Malcolm Mcdowell is one of my favourite actors, a mighty fine droog he is.

:teeth:

good choice minniemouseuk, an amazing film and a top book, and I rarely read the book after I have seen the film but with this you have to, I was so glad afew years ago when it came out on DVD after stanley kubrick died as it replaced my horrendous VHS copy.
talking about it makes me want to watch it now! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Strangely enough, Tavy Bridge appeared in our local paper this week!

Why Tavy Bridge in Thamesmead ? - The underpass is widely believed to be the place where Alex's gang beat up a tramp.

Also, nearby Southmere lake is where Alex shoves one of the gang into the water and slices his hand.

The connection to A Clockwork Orange is locally seen to a "curse" and the area (after all these years!) is to be redeveloped.
