Hi. I'm trying to book the Candy Cane Inn on line from New Zealand. I fill in the online form and send but it keeps telling me my phone number is invalid?

I was wondering if there were any Aussies or Kiwis out there that have booked the CCI and what you keyed in for the phone number?

Try putting in your mobile number. US numbers are 10 digits as are our mobile numbers.

Thanks, I just tried it but it didn't work. Came up with, 'please add a valid phone number'.

You might try sending an E-mail to the candycane inn explaining the problem, maybe they can help you with this.

try using a + sign...+64 9 ....... not 00, if you haven't already.
That usually works!

(incidentally you need to do that when using your mobile there)

Thanks for your help. I tried your suggestions but they didn't work.

I have ended up booking Sheraton Anaheim (castle looking one) as it was just so much easier and they still have their own shuttle. We are staying at Sheraton Anaheim for 5 nights after our cruise anyway. I just thought I might try Candy Cane for the 2 nights before our cruise to try somewhere different and because of the great reviews here on disboards but never mind.
