Any January Disers? Info for you....

Well, I just check the official DLR calendar for the week of Jan. 21-28 for our upcoming trip. Here are some the refurbs!

Haunted Mansion will be OPEN on the 18th following removal of the overlay.

On Jan. 21--no DL refurbs BUT
on Jan. 22--Gadget's Go Coaster and IASmallWorld close
On Jan. 23 SPLASH also closes...

Just wanted to give a heads up. We are getting in early enough on Sunday that we're going straight over to DL to do those 3 rides....Don't know when anyone else is going, but you might want to head over and check your dates too.

At DCA Orange Stinger and Francis Lady bug boogie are closed the whole week.

We have just found out we have to be in LA that week and are going for a side trip on the 26th-29th - I can't believe ALL 3 of DD's all time fave rides at DL will be down at the exact same time. Also one of her faves is orange stinger! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! I hope they change thier minds on at least one of them!

Hmmm that's really weird that it's a small world is going down so late in january this year and that's the first I heard about splash mountain going down. I picked the third week of january to go because I though the small world and haunted mansion would both be done with the holiday removal. I think I'm going to have to push our trip up another week and go the week we went last year.

Francis Lady bug boogie is actually being rebuilt i believe... its been down for quite a long time...

Yes thanks we will be there from the 18th to the 22nd and were under the impression Small World would have been close. Devasting for our one year old who loved the ride(he still gets excited when we play the home video of small world.
