Any input on these dates?

I'm putting together a questionnaire on SuveyMonkey for my family as we're trying to put together a huge family get-together at Disneyland. On one of my questions I am asking that everyone rate the dates belows but when I publish it, I want to put some pros to each date. So, I was interested in experiences with the following dates.

November 11th -17th
November 18th -24th (Thanksgiving Week)
December 9th -15th
December 16th -22nd

November 11th -17th
11th is vets day, first week of the holiday season some time between the 12th and the 16th

November 18th -24th (Thanksgiving Week)
max park hours, max crowds

December 9th -15th
kids still in school

December 16th -22nd
max hours, some schools will already be on break, others not.

One other note...if planning hotel site visits/eating, they typically don't have full Christmas decor & activities until after Thanksgiving. At least based on previous years.

Thank you! That did help and I have included the info on the survey. I hadn't thought about Veteran's Day or that the Christmas decorations might not be a sure thing! My Grandfather only wants to go when the snow is falling and the Christmas carols are going!
