Any input about the Days Inn on Harbor?

I just called Days Inn and I have a funny feeling about the staff. Let me explain....I called and they transfered me to reservations and the phone rang off the hook. Then I called the main number again and it rang and rang again. No one answered. Finally 20 minutes or so later I get to talk to someone and they just weren't too concerned about anything. There website pictures look really nice, but they can be deceiving.

Has anyone stayed there recently and will you please share your thoughts?
