Any info on Sanaa??

I'm trying to find some info on Sanaa. I know a sample menu may be asking too much, but does anyone know what type of food there will be? Authentic African? American? A mix of the two?
Will it be more formal, or casual? Jeans or Dockers? High priced or moderate?
