Any info on historic 4/3 deal?

Hi Everybody, We will be traveling to Disney in February and in recent years the 4/3 deal has been offered. Has anyone used this? Please let me know anything you know about it. We would like to stay at Fort Wilderness cabins, are these blocked from the 4/3 deal? Is it just the room price buy 4 nights get3 free or does it include tickets also? Please anyone that has used the 4/3 deal in the past, let me know! Thanks
