Any info on city and dates for Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montanna Concert Tour?

The presale for New Jersey hasnt' even begun ....however....you can go online to a brooker right NOW and order tickets for some of the better sections for hundreds sometimes even thousands of dollars. This is so unfair. How is that even legal?

I don't know, but if you find out let me know. How ridiculous is this???

I purposely haven't told my DD7 because I don't want to get her hopes up.

Sorry in advance for this post being long but I just have to vent a little or I am going to blow up. I live in West Tennessee and have been waiting on this pre-sale for months. We are a member of MileyWorld just for the pre-sale and looking at the 4 ticket limit I really hoped that this would hold the scalpers at bay. My daughters are really, really wanting to go to this concert and frankly so am I.

I sat on go this morning with my high speed, credit card ready and at 10:00 began. I GOT NOTHING. I needed four for the girls and me and husband but nothing unless I wanted nose bleed. I tried for an hour straight before I had to leave for lunch (yes I was at work) When I got back a friend said the tickets were already on E-bay, some for 900.00 to 2000.00 dollars! People had got on the ticket site and purchased tickets that legit moms like me could have gotten and JACKED UP THE PRICE so high only Donald Trump could afford them. They never had any intention of going and probably live 5000 miles away but because of greed some little girl won't get to go unless she buys a $63.50 ticket for $200.00.

I know, I know this is business but it is just wrong. I looked all over the place for Tennessee laws because I was about to turn them all in but Tennessee has no law for resale.

I don't know if Ticketmaster plans to realise certain amounts each day. If they are not then there is no reason to continue the presale until Friday because they seem to be all gone.

I even looked for some in Knoxville since they were not sold on Ticketmaster and hopefully would not be so picked over and they weren't has bad but still high up. Plus Knoxville is a 5 hour drive for us anyway.

I just don't know what else to do but scream. Thanks for listening and sorry again for the long post.

Sorry you are having a rough time. I didn't like the pre-sale tickets for my area and just bought in the general sale. They went fast, but I was able to get decent tickets. Keep in mind that usually a very small % of tickets available are offered for the pre-sale - most are in the general sale.

and my friend got better seats then I did yesterday on day 1!!

yesterday, 4 tickets were all in the nose bleed section. I got 2 pairs of 2 on the first lever (not floor) but at the far end of the Ford Center. By the time my friend tried, she could only get pairs in the nose bleed section.
Today, she got 2 pairs on the side, 1st row!!!!

Do they release more or better tickets through out the week?

I know Miley doesn't have anything to do with this but this whole pre-sale makes me mad!!

I hate to hear that because right now if I could round up all the scalpers out there who are selling tickets for outrages prices, I might send them to Iraq to fight on the front lines and let the great men and women of the armed forces come home to be with their families . Can you tell I am upset and PMSing? But I do understand. I want this so bad for my girls that I have thought of it a time or two but just don't want to encourage them to keep up with the practice.

I'm not sure how they release the tickets, but yesterday I could only get a single ticket. Today, I could get 2 together, pay over 60.00 a piece, and basically sit on the roof.

I mean- Uh HUMMM very excited to take your kids to see her? I am hoping that in the next few weeks I will be able to forget about the ticket fiasco and be able to enjoy the show.... 2nd question if you were able to quadruple the money you spent on your tickets would you sell them???... I had a presale code and did not get any for Nashville (which is the closest to us) and am going to try the public sale in the morning. If not that then their is always Memphis or Lexington, Ky. What bugs me is the guy on Ebay right now that is selling 4, FOUR SEATS, in a pretty good area and he lives up North, like way up North. SCALPERS . That is what makes me so darn angry! He had no intention of coming down here but got on the comupter and grapped them out from under anyone of our noses and wants up to pay twice the price when most of us find it hard to make ends meet anyway.
I know all about money making I took marketing in school but there is such things at morals.

I really need a spa day, I just can't seem to let this go.

OK- I'm finding tickets now, but they are at least double the price all the way up to 10 times the original price. Am I out of luck for getting them for the regular price? I think we'll just skip the concert, rather than break the bank for it. It's really frustrating that they do that though.

It'll vary some from arena to arena, but here's ballpark what it was in OKC. The bulk of the arena seats (all a few of the top rows) were $55. This number I know for sure, because that's what we paid. The two other price options were $39.50 and $21.50 (or something very close to that).

We are members of Miley World. We can buy presale up to 4 tickets. I've got to go through ticket master like everyone else. Since I only need 2 tickets, and knowing that the profit from the 2 extra tickets pays for my tickets, is that so wrong?

It will be a stretch for us to afford any tickets at all, not even considering those extra 2. Our family will most likely need to cut back on 'extra' stuff in order to get any tickets at all.

How is this any different than finding cool deals at the Disney store/yard sales/etc and selling it for more on Ebay?

I know it is crappy for those people that want to get tickets and cannot when they go on sale. And I may not even be able to get my tickets, either.

If you had extra money to buy extra tickets and the money you get from that buys your park tickets for you next trip to Disney, isn't it like an investment?

I am sorry you had to pay so much for tickets. I am sure it will be a great gift to your family... I would not be able to take my daughter to the concert if I had to pay the ticket scalper prices, It was more money than I should have spent just getting the Miley World membership and the ticketmaster tickets. I only purchased 3 tickets, although I could have purchased 4. and I really don't have intentions of selling my seats, (...I have seen seats for my venue on ebay going for triple the paid price) But my husband and I were just saying if they start going for a $1000. a pop then we would consider selling them and take My dd5 to a concert next year!
I just wish I would have gotten seat in a better row...
