Any indications for when Disney ADRs will be available?

.
Since it seems like it is online, I wonder how the system knows to look for your pre-cancellation ADR AND DPP in order to allow you to make a new ADR. Seems like a lot of programming they would have had to do....and we all know how smoothly their systems work with new coding introduced......

Seriously, no clue if they put in a simple flag on any MDE account which had an ADR. Then check against resort stay window. Which would have been the easiest method

I just got an email that I can start booking dining tomorrow, the 30th!
It says that since they previously cancelled my ADRs we get to book before others.
My trip is next month.

I got my email stating I could do mine tomorrow. So excited. My email said online. So happy!
Just didn’t give me a time. I will start trying at 7:00 am tomorrow (or midnight tonight)😉

Here is a copy of the email in it's entirety. I'm going to try online tomorrow morning; if that doesn't work looks like more phone time.

So am I reading this correctly that if my reservations do not start until August 31, I cannot start booking tomorrow, I have to wait until 60 days prior? Which would be later this week?

That's how I'm understanding it. We arrive Aug. 30th, so our 60 days is this Wednesday.

Edit to add: We originally had ADRs for that week that were cancelled by Disney.

My TA just said it has to be called in. Ugh. But that would explain how they ensure we really had a ressie that was canceled, etc.

My trip starts on 9/6. Will I be able to book at 60 days out, or wait until they open it up to everyone? We had our reservations booked already.

Very Excited, WE arrive at BWV on July 21 then onto Pop on July 24 through Aug 1.
Now I need to decide between the open ones which ones we want

Does anyone know if this includes Resort ADRs? Or is this just for Park ADRs? Trip starts July 18th and had both park and resort ADRs cancelled...

Same here. We had already made ADRs, they were cancelled. I was kind of hoping they were still giving us access tomorrow, but the up to 60 days language suggests otherwise. I just hope we can get our first day pick.

I am planning to log in and try online. We did not have ADR's as we had made a last minute switch from a DL vacation to a WDW vacation and were able to swap out my DVC reservation, flights and tickets from DL to WDW. All done the day of the reopening announcement. By the time we got that straightened out, ADR's were shut down. We do have DPP reservations and are now 1 month out from our trip. I am planning to log on tomorrow and see if I can get ADR's. I figure the worst that will happen is the system will say I am not eligible, but I have a sneaking suspicion it will let me in since we are within the 60 day window. Its not a deal breaker for us if we can't get any ADR's but I would like to get a couple.

My head hurts from banging it.

I just got off the phone with DVC MS since I did not get the email. She spent a lot of time checking. She said it was either my spam filter (not there) or they aren't done sending them yet.

She said would use our MDE account to make the reservations -- I assume either online or the app, but I am guessing online because of the complexity of needing to check eligibility of the reservation. She said that somehow our reservation number would have been "tagged" because we had canceled dining reservations and that's how MDE would know.

She said MS was NOT doing dining reservations at the 800-800-9800 number -- I told her the email someone posted said they would be, so to be prepared for calls.

So, if you had dining reservations before Sept 2 that were canceled, AND you are booking within 60 days of your current reservation, you are eligible to book tomorrow. I recommend trying online, and then calling at 7:00 EST to get on hold if that doesn't work, or while you are trying.

After my dining plan (not free btw) was cancelled I’m less inclined to bother to book much. Maybe 2-3 total for the 8 day trip, mainly to (try to) get Toppolinos. Just glad that Dis has reached out to offer some ‘perk’ after cancelling all of our ADR’s.
