Disney website says online or callThis is the info from my TA, with phone number:
These are made by calling 407-824-1391 starting at 7am EST. You will want to have your credit card handy as well as the phone number affiliated with your MDE account.
Wondering the same. My trip starts 9/12, had ADRs cancelled. I think I can now book at 60 days out which would be July 14.My trip starts on 9/6. Will I be able to book at 60 days out, or wait until they open it up to everyone? We had our reservations booked already.

Signing onto the website and simultaneously callingI hope you're right, I hate calling. I guess I will be doing both!!
Funny--they changed the number on the website to this one very recently. Was originally another number, which I know because I programmed it into my phone right away when they first made the announcement. Lol--Disney really needs to get these figured out BEFORE they start making announcements. This is the info from my TA, with phone number:

My head hurts from banging it.
I just got off the phone with DVC MS since I did not get the email. She spent a lot of time checking. She said it was either my spam filter (not there) or they aren't done sending them yet.
She said would use our MDE account to make the reservations -- I assume either online or the app, but I am guessing online because of the complexity of needing to check eligibility of the reservation. She said that somehow our reservation number would have been "tagged" because we had canceled dining reservations and that's how MDE would know.
She said MS was NOT doing dining reservations at the 800-800-9800 number -- I told her the email someone posted said they would be, so to be prepared for calls.
So, if you had dining reservations before Sept 2 that were canceled, AND you are booking within 60 days of your current reservation, you are eligible to book tomorrow. I recommend trying online, and then calling at 7:00 EST to get on hold if that doesn't work, or while you are trying.
So for ADRs, it’s only those that were cancelled on or after May 28? I had all my dining booked for my mid-April trip before they closed...And my Memorial Day weekend trip...I would love to be able to book for my August trip tomorrow!
I get why they are doing it though. Reservations have always been "first come first served" beginning at the 180 day mark, and people who booked vacations closer in time have always had slimmer pickings. This trip is one of the first ones I actually was able to book many months in advance because my spring trip got cancelled, and we rebooked for August hoping Covid would be over by then (so much for that). I had reservations for many of the same restaurants I'll be attempting to rebook tomorrow. If they had let me keep those reservations, folks who booked later would still not have been able to get them. So they are just preserving the status quo as much as possible.Well, that would stink for me because I have had two waitlists come through since May 28 so my reservation numbers have changed! So, I am hoping, honestly, they just open the floodgates of everyone with a confirmed reservation in the next 60 days and that it is online.![]()
The website is more specific. It says (bold and underline added by me):The wording of the email is “Since you had a dining reservation that was previously cancelled, as we promised in earlier communications, we are offering you the opportunity to make a new reservation...” so no date specified. i would think you would definitely be eligible, fwiw.
That explains it. I updated my dining # in my phone to 1391. Ugh, not looking forward to another early morning. Wish I was on the east coast. It looks like the (407) 939-6690 number relates to experience reservations, not dining. Note Droid Depot on here.

For goodness sakes, I just found this on the booking FAQ https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/reservation-window/advance-reservations/That explains it. I updated my dining # in my phone to 1391. Ugh, not looking forward to another early morning. Wish I was on the east coast.
Well yes, and I had one disney world trip and two disney cruises cancelled due to the closure too. Others had even more disney trips cancelled. I theoretically agree with you it really ought to include anyone who was cancelled during the closure in principal, but in practice, they can't figure that out because so many people in that time period voluntarily cancelled, and others rebooked to 2021, and it all becomes a muddle. The only ones they can figure out and tag as definitely cancelled by Disney are the ones they cancelled after the May 28 announcement. And since you booked after that, you were on notice that guests with existing ADRs that had been cancelled would be giving dining priority before others.I made my original reservation at the DVC 11-month mark and my adrs at the 180 mark so there is no chance that it can be spun as being fair or “status quo”. It is overtly prejudicial to DVC owners. Waiting until tomorrow to see if there is a reason for stressing about it or not though.
For goodness sakes, I just found this on the booking FAQ https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/reservation-window/advance-reservations/
Eligible Guests with Dining and Experience Reservations Cancelled During Closure
Guests who had an active dining or experience reservation on or before September 2, 2020 that was cancelled as of May 28 due to the temporary closure of Walt Disney World Resort may—beginning on June 30—make a new reservation online up to 60 days in advance. Eligible Guests who are unable to make a reservation online may call (407) 939-6690 or (800) 800-9800 for Disney Vacation Club Members.
Eligible Guests can make reservations for available experiences by calling (407) 939-6690, or (800) 800-9800 for Disney Vacation Club Members, beginning on June 30.
Guess maybe I will need two phones, one for each number, since they use the 6690 number here, twice. I will check tomorrow in case they get around to updating their FAQ.

I would take them at their word that the only people who will be allowed to book tomorrow are the ones that had a dining reservation that was cancelled by Disney pursuant to the May 28 announcement.
I have only seen the x6690 number on the websites. The x1391 number was used for the pre-July 10 group, wonder if that is where the TA picked it up?Oh for goodness sake. Trying hard not to type some very un-Disney-ish words right now. I guess I will need two phone too.
MS was not very helpful when I got through. She even said they weren't dealing with dining reservations, even after I told her that the email and websites said we should call MS if we are DVC.And I do qualify by the standards of your final paragraph - my adrs were canceled by Disney after the announcement on May 28 so I WILL take them at their word. If I can ever get through to DVC MS, I will ask.
