Look, 60 days in advance. They are limiting the craziness so maybe the system wont freak out like it did for park reservations.

So we can only do this by calling? I’m working tomorrow..,,not sure if I can do a 3 hr hold

And if so do we call the Reservation Center ((407) 824-1391) or if you’re DVC (800) 800-9800?

question is...do we call, and if so, what number...or will it be online?

Looks like you need to call

Call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 824-1391 to check availability and make reservations. A valid Resort reservation for this time will be required to book your reservation. Online reservations will not be available during this time for this audience and will reopen at a later date

That paragraph was for the ones before July 10, not sure if it also applies to after that.

If so, yuck, more hold time. It says DVC should call MS, but that phone opens two hours after the x1391 number.
*If you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member with a Resort reservation for an arrival through July 10, 2020, call Member Services at (800) 800-9800.

ETA: Looks like the number to call is 407-939-6690. Thanks for the copy of the email, I didn't get one! I also didn't get emails when our ADRs were canceled (although I did when they were booked).

The underlined part makes it seem like it’s online only....I’m going in August. Is that part of “initial reopening”?

Are we assuming another 7am eastern drop time? I mean, I know nothing is guaranteed but wondering if anyone has gotten word that 7am is the expected time.

Where did you see this online? It is different language than on https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/dine/ and the email that was pasted above.

Since it seems like it is online, I wonder how the system knows to look for your pre-cancellation ADR AND DPP in order to allow you to make a new ADR. Seems like a lot of programming they would have had to do....and we all know how smoothly their systems work with new coding introduced......
