Any incentives to upgrade Chase Disney Visa?

I have had the Disney Visa for years, didn't feel the need to upgrade when the new Premier card came out. But now we have a trip planned and am wondering if it is worth it to upgrade. I had seen on here incentives like a $100 or even $200 gift card. Do you think there is any chance of me getting that?

One more question, I've read you can use reward points with at card for airline tickets. Does anyone know if that includes JetBlue and Southwest?

Like you, I didn't upgrade to the Premier when it first came out because I usually grocery shop at Wal Mart and I didn't think it would apply. Recently I found out it was coded as groceries so I called them up and asked if there were any incentives to upgrade. Shey was very nice, but told me no. She then put me on hold, came back and said she could get me a $50. gift card which would in essence eliminate the first year's annual fee. I declined; it's not going to help me that much so I will just keep watching for a fun incentive to come along.
