We are going to disney for our 10th wedding anniverary in November Me Leann HUBBY Garry and our two young boys.Has anyone got any ideas for that something extra special to do I know we are very lucky to be just going to disney florida but would love to do something special to celebrate our anniversary with our boys.

- Character meals are always fun - or book a meal to coincide with fireworks at either MK or EPCOT - make sure your waiter knows it's a special event.
- Wishes or Illumination cruise.
- Skydiving (in an upright tunnel, not out of a plane!) in International Drive.

The illumination cruise sounds good is that a cruise around a lake while you watch the fireworks sorry sound clueless but new to all this will look into the cruise thanks so much

I believe so - although have to be honest and say that we have not done this. You often see threads offering or asking to share as the cruise can be pricey, so splitting with another family can work out cheaper - sorry can't be of more help!

Hi discovery cove is a great way to celebrate. Or a meal in Ohana/kona at the polly followed by some nice drinks on the polly beach watching the MK fireworks.

I love the Wishes Cruise outside the Magic Kingdom. Have done it three times now and loved every one of them, even when it was freezing.

The last time we went on a cruise we had dinner in Narcoossee's at the Floridian and the boat picked us up from their dock. Dinner was fabulous.

Have heard brilliant reports about Victoria and Alberts but have never eaten there myself, my friends loved it, although it is pricey.

I have been on the illuminations cruise on the pontoon boat it was lovely we did it for a birthday aand have booked the breathless for our wedding evening. you need to phone 90 days prior to the night i.e your wedding anniversary at around 12.00 midday although i actually booked at 3pm it costs around £215 but well worth it for a special occasion

Depending on whether you have a car and are interested in doing something out of Disney we took my Dad for his 65th birthday to Fantasy of Flight for a biplane flight. They have a plane which has 4 seats up front and one for the pilot in back. My daughter(2 at the time), Dad and I then went up and had a 'barnstorming' time hats on the silk scarves were optional. She loved it and the experience for us all was amazing. £69.95 per person. The museum was also really good with lots of science museum like hands on exhibits which was a really good. www.waldowrights.com

My wife has just reminded me that the diner there was really good as well.

We went there last Easter. As a birthday surprise for me, DH had arranged for me to fly one of the planes myself! I had no idea in advance. It was quite a shock! Very exciting though.

He also booked a trip on Breathless for just the two of us. Highly recommended - a beautiful boat.

And a helicopter flight! Again, highly recommended.

And Discovery Cove!

And a very nice steak dinner at the Old Hickory Steak House in Gaylord Palms!

And a luxury room with large balcony for one night at the Portofino Bay Hotel.

What a lucky lady I am!
