Any ideas for celebrating my Dad's 64th birthday?

We will be visiting DW with my parents, 1 yr old and 3 yr old in March. While we are there, Dad will be celebrating his birthday. He is a big Disney fan and always has 'tricks up his sleeve' for the rest of the family whenever we visit. I'd like to surprise him with something special just for HIM!

Any ideas? Of course, the kids have to be included, DH, myself (mid-30's) and mom and dad.

We did this for my dad. I booked the specialty cruise for Illuminations and we had the boat all to ourselves.He absolutely loved it.
