Any ideas for a family celebration shirt?

I will be graduating (fingers crossed!) from nursing school this December, and we are hoping to celebrate by taking a surprise trip to WDW in January 2012.

I am hoping to have some sort of tee for my family to wear, sort of like a "My Mom survived Nursing School, and we all got the World!" type of thing- definitely some sort of nursing theme in there- my family has been supporting me 100% on this endeavor, and I want to celebrate THEM for that!

I don't know if it helps, but it would be for myself, my dh, ds8 and dd2. My parents are also going, so if we could include them somehow it would be wonderful.

Thanks for any and all ideas- I am disign-challenged! I am amazed at what this board can do!
