Any Idea When Vouchers with 2005 Exp Dates will be Avail?

I've recently joined Hotwire Savings Club to pick up some holiday giftcards and I want to get some meal vouchers (Breakfast & Q&C) for my trip in April. The vouchers currently shipping expire 5/31/04.

Does anyone know when the vouchers that expire in 2005 will be available? The rep @ Hotwire told me, "...probably not until May...". That doesn't make any sense to me...why continue shipping documents that users will have very little time to use??? (I'd guess the new ones should be out sometime soon, but that's simply my "guess".)

So, since the guy at Hotwire is probably mis-informed (or guessing), I thought I'd ask folks who are probably better "in-the-know".

Anyone have any thoughts?

The new ones shouldn't start shipping till sometime in March or April. Make sure you check the expiration date when you get them. Some people were still getting the current vouchers that late.

For the previous two years, the expiration dates did not change until late March, early April. Q and C's are usually first to change, next breakfast then Kingdom Lunch. When the new dates come out, someone will post here.

I remember last year reading on the boards that people were still getting the old expiration date when they were ordering in May! I think this was for the Breakfast vouchers. The Q&C vouchers were a little earlier. I paid close attention to this as we were going in early June.

I got the impression that they may print a certain number of vouchers with the old date on them. They print as many as they expect to last the year. Then, when the old dates run out, they start sending out the ones with the new dates. I think this because it seemed that the different types of vouchers "switched" at different times. For example, someone received a Q&C with new date, but a breakfast with the old date.

Maggie that happened to me also.

I ordered through DealPass (Connections ) and my Breakfast Vouchers still had the old date on them. I ordered in mid May.

It's recommended you use certified mail to return vouchers and for that one it cost me almost $3. I wrote them a note along with my return and I must admit they handled my concern promptly and accurately.

These vouchers are issued very close to the expiration date so definitely wait as long as you can.
