I've never seen this pin before. But I do know that the Disney Institute offered corporate team seminars and "Team Dynamics" was probably one of the courses you could choose.

That's kinda what I was figuring, Robyn. Looked like a pretty neat pin, and one that I could trade pretty easily Keep tryin to build up that bag for the event in three weeks...lol
