I have not looked at the deals for this weekend (though there are a ton of them!) but I'd like to share that Olympus makes an outstanding point and shoot digital camera. I have had two of them over the last 6 years and they take amazing pictures for a P&S. I prefer the Stylus models. I know that I have seen them for under $200 on the Thanksgiving and Black Friday specials - I just can't remember which stores off the top of my head.

Disneyfan - Thank you!!! I agree with you - I was looking for Canon or Olympus and possibly Nikon - Although not too familiar with Nikon point and shoot cameras (I know the DSLR is good)

ok this camera is not less that 200, but it's really close and it's been a really, really good deal lately! It's 10 mega pixels and it's 12X optical zoom.. yes I said optical. It's the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS1. I just recieved mine from amazon for around 213.00. ( I just checked and the black one came up 214.00.) It comes in black and silver. I have had ( and lost) a couple of Lumixs and I love them. They are easy to use, you can zoom when using the video option( that works great by the way) and pretty small, they will fit in your pocket.

Take a look at this camera!

I have the older Lumix--TZ3. It's probably under $200 now. I really like it. It also have 10x optical zoom.

Some of the Lumix cameras are great but I also have a cheaper one that's a dud. I know people who have various models of the wide angle one mentioned here and it's great! If I didn't already have a couple of cameras I'd get one for myself.

Personally, I use one of the larger Lumix models and love it, but it is too big to carry around for normal use. It's a DMC-FZ18 and there's a newer version out now.
