Any hope of getting CRT cancellation?

We (my sister's family and I) will be at WDW from 9/29 through 10/5. My niece's (she is 4) first trip to WDW. We had scheduled the PSB breakfast. My sister has now decided that she thinks her daughter would like CRT breakfast better. Of course since we are around 100 days out, there is nothing available at this time for any of those dates.

Has anyone had any luck in getting a reservation by calling back each day to check for cancellations? If so is a any one time better than another? Also has anyone noticed how far in advance of the actual reservation time that people actually tend to cancel? a month, a week?

Please give me some hope.

Sure, there's always hope...keep calling every day. You just have to be lucky and call right after someone cancels!

And also call when you get there. Many people cancel just two or three days before their ADR is scheduled because of the cancellation penalty if you are a no-show.

Id say keep your PSB breakfast. Breakfast is great at CRT BUT we like dinner there alot more. Book a late dinner, around 1 hour before the fireworks. I think it is much more magical at night with the fireworks and the characters come around.
