Any hope if I haven't started quest yet?

I've been a little busy with real life lately and as usual something big happens on vmk as soon as I take a week hiatus.

I'm just wondering if this quest is even worth my time at this point. I understand it is closing at noon today vmk time which would give me approximately five hours to complete it. Keep in mind I have children so it is super hard for me to just sit at the computer nonstop for hours at a time.

So how many questions are in this quest and how long did it take others to complete it? What are the hardest parts and is there anything in particular I need in my inventory that I may not have? Plus, I've been trying like heck to figure out how the prizes work but I'm really confused. Is it TDM or other things? Or do you choose? Do you get anything for trying? Sorry for all of the obnoxious I just popped out of nowhere questions but at least if I ask and determine it isn't worth my try I can sort of rest easy about it.

If you can get the pirates score, you should be able to do it. Good players are finishing it in an hour now.

Oh wow, really? How long does it take to get to the pirates part? I'm just wondering how soon after opening I can get it before the lobbies get too full. From reading other threads I get the impression that you can't win the pirates part without a team basically manipulating the rules. Has anyone been able to do it without all that hooplah?

it isnt hard to get past pirates with a group in the morning, kids are at school and adults are at work so there were no Q's yesterday untill about noon VMK time.
just remember you have to also get 75 ghosts and 45 K on Jungle Cruise.
so start looking for a team now so your set to go at open

Also you might want to try to find ppl that have already won the quest and are just going to help you. You wont have time to keep helping a group of 8 get their pirates score.

I have to finish a quest on my sons account for him so I will be around at opening if you need an extra person that does not need to win, just help.

The "hard part" of this quest is getting into a Pirate Lobby with 7 people that pledge to help you win.
