Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

I was reading the other thread that was posted trying to find a way to enter my package #. Someone mentioned calling Disney for a different confirmation number, well the first CM told me that since I booked through a TA that she can't see any reservation things so she transferred me to the dinning reservations after I gave her a brief explanation of what I was trying to do! :rotfl: I was just going to hang up but the dining CM picked up really quick and I am to nice to just hang up on someone! So I tell her my "friend" sent me a link for the BOG lunch fastpass+ and I was trying to find a number that worked. Well she kind of lectured me about how that is an invite only and my "friend" shouldn't have shared! :lmao: I thanked her for her time and ended the call. I don't get my MDE tags for about 11 more days so I will try that number when they arrive. Congrats to those that were able to snag a reservation for this! :goodvibes
 
I was just able to book Nov 19th. Like you the only numbers I had included letters. I went back through the online check in process. I noticed when I started the checkin, in the URL there was a resort ID number. I used that number and it worked! The number only stays their briefly, so I quickly copied it to the clipboard.

This is totally working for me - but only shows out to November 20. My trip is 14-22. Any ideas why it stops the 20th? Wanted to do it the 21st. If I book a different date and the 21st become a a choice, can I change it?
 
This is slightly off topic but BOG fast pass reservations are working for November (at least for the first week of November)! You don't need a magic band or fast pass + - this is completely separate, and you secure the reservation at a different website: https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com

BOG LUNCH

I can only book 2 of our party (there are 6 of us). I guess because we have 2 rooms and I am in the room with only 2 in it! All our reservations and all 6 guests are on my MDE, but that doesn't count. Meanwhile I can't use the other reservation number because there isn't a separate MDE log in for it.

I am hoping that CM's will understand and let us all in when we get there? If not, no worse off for trying, I guess.

one workaround might be to "invite" one of the people in the other room to create their own MDE account. Just be sure it's someone over 13. That way you can have 2 mde accounts with one in each room.
 

How far out are people able to book BOG lunch? Hoping maybe the 21st will open tomorrow?
 
I am frustrated with our trip and the magic band/fast pass + option as a possibility because we booked with a TA and reading here I saw that if your fp+ is not valid for a ride closure or whatever you receive an email notifying you of this.

IT told me all communication from Disney would go to my agent and she would be expected to contact me. Even these notifications. I don't expect my TA to be able to update me like that on my trip, its unreasonable, so now instead of being excited about the chance at MB and FP+ I might be happy if its not testing or rolled out for our trip....

The email should go to the acct you have associated with MDE.

Thank you both! I had no idea this existed, and we were just going to take our chances with standing in line for lunch. I was feeling super bummed about the lack of MB and FP+ knowledge today (my positivity and optimism on this issue comes and goes!) and this was an amazing surprise to see in this thread today.

So wait a minute I have been following for a while...are people arriving in November able to make fastpass + selections now...it still shows unavailable screen for me and I am checking in Nov 15th POR or are these people that already have magic bands from another trip:confused3

. No we can't book regular fp+ yet, we can just book the Be Our Guest lunch fast passes ;)

As I posted earlier, I was able to snag a adr for Be Our Guest but I thought an earlier time may be better for us. So I was going to go in and see if I could change the time, now it won't let me back in it keeps saying "Invalid email or password. Try Again." My email and password are correct though. Tried clearing my cookies and it still won't work. Anyone else have this problem?

I was also able to book a BOG FP+ Lunch reservation for our party of 7 for the 2nd week of November. We even selected our meal plans by individual. How cool!! Thank you for sharing information!

We had already checked in online via MDE at the 60 day mark. We found our conf # on MDE website, under My Reservations. A confirmation # with just numbers (no letters) was listed on the far right hand side of the screen.

Still no regular FP+. Still no Customize your Magic Band. But we were able to book our lBOG unch. How fun! Looking forward to rest of process.

It wouldn't let me to do it under my account, but I signed into my husbands(our reservations are connected) and was able to get one for the first week of November. I'm sooooooo excited!

It's so cool to see everyone getting reservations for BOG. I really love these DISboards!

I want to apologize for calling it a BOG fast pass. Somebody started that a long time ago on the restaurants board, and I repeated it, but I shouldn't have. It's just too confusing.

It's NOT a fastpass. It has nothing to do with magic bands or FP+. It's a lunch reservation, and I edited my earlier post.
 
Mine too :( *sigh*. And I'm not using ME either.

Use the tip above, it works! Check in. Then go back into "my reservations", and then "view details". When the pop up opens, hover your mouse over the "change check in" link. Look in the bottom left corner of the screen; you'll see a URL with your #.
 
That worked! But now it only lets me see dates from Oct 7 - Oct 13 :(. Everything else is grayed out.
