Any guess if there will be free dining for 2011?

For the past couple of years, Disney has offered free dining. I am wondering if they are going to offer it again for 2011.

Any guesses?
 
They did back in August/September. It had to be booked by 12/20. Whether they offer it again is anyone's guess.
