I've lived 200 miles from the Opry for over 50 years and I think it's time I finally visited. Hope someone has a good suggestion for us on how to save some money.
Check for some codes on Retail me Not-just type in Grand Ole Opry or Opry.com and you will see some results. We used the CITI10 code last year for Buy One Get One free seats, and have used the Webfan codes for $3 off.
Usually these codes will not work for the real close seats or during hot ticket Opry performances, as big headliners will sell the Opry out quickly.
This thread got me thinking. I live 20 miles from the Opry and have all my life. I have never been there. My FIL is in the Country Music Hall of Fame, and I have never been there.
I wonder if people who live close to Disney get like this. Because its "local" it just doesn't seem important or exciting.
I wish I could give you some hints on saving you some money but since this is a venue I never look into, I don't have any. Im glad people still want to visit the Opry though and I hope you both have wonderful trips when you visit. Nashville is a GREAT city.
