Hi all, I need your help.

I won something on ebay last night but the woman is refusing to sell it at the price I got it for, its already on there again so she is definately not sending it out (thankfully I didnt pay).

Im told I have to leave negative feedback, but i'm not good with words and VERY upset about the situation so probably wont word it cleaver enough

It appears they have done this before - didnt get a good price for the item so didnt send it out (I always give people a second chance, so if they have negative feedback once I tend to turn a blind eye)

So.... I wondered if anyone out there was cleaver with words and could help me, or should I just say "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER" (bear in mind you have limited space to type feedback)

I would say don't buy from seller - never sent product! and give the lowest rating I could.

Never sent product pretty much sums it all up.

I agree. Don't mince words - they deserve the negative feedback and other buyers deserve to know what the seller is doing.

I'd write something like: "Seller did not honor winning bid. Never sent product. Do not buy from this seller."

This would be a very effective way to convey your message and experience to future potential buyers.

I would also notify ebay, sellers are not allowed to do that. It's a big no-no.

Please notify ebay because I believe the seller has to sell it for the price the auction ends at. I am sorry you had a bad experience. I hope no one else buys from her

I would say that and then mention she put it back up.

I did report it last night, but I will contact them again because she has put the item up again under a different item number.

Thanks everyone:thumbsup2

See, the thing is, with ebay, if you don't want to sell unless you get a good enough price, you're supposed to put it up for auction with a "reserve price" which is the minimum amount of $$ you will accept. Only thing is, it costs extra to do that. So this person is trying to get around that, and only sell if she gets a good price. It is 100% against ebay's policies.
