Any good vegetarian meals?

Does anyone know what WDW restaraunts have really good vegetarian meals? I looked at the menus but I'm wondering if anyone has any favorites. Thanks!

We were at WDW last week and had some good meals
at Brown derby we ate the Noodle bowl

Sifi dine in: Seared Marinated Tofu

at Tony's Town Square: Multi grain Pasta Primavera

These were all made dairy free(due to allergy). All tasted yummy
All the restaurants have at least 1 vegetarian offering.
Jiko has great vegan dishes. Ate there last year. sorry no pic.

The Falafel at the Moroccan restaurant is good-- not the sit down, but the fast food one. That's my personal favorite.

Try this vegetarian item.
Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Ingredients:

2 bunches spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions

In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.

Im a vegetarian as well, a new one. my next trip will be the first being meat free. so i did some research, my mom has had the vegetarian wrap from cosmic rays in magic kingdom, and said it was really good

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, there is a quick service place called Backlot Express. I order this vegetable sandwich, but I don't remember it's name. I don't remember much but what I do remember is that I enjoyed the sandwich very much! It's one of my favorite meals; the only things I remember on the sandwich were tomatoes and egg plant sooooo...............

there is a great grilled vegetable sandwich at Sunshine Season in Epcot... Its really really good
it has feta cheese on it though... not sure if you eat cheese

I liked the veggie sushi and flatbread at California grill. I also had a great dinner at jiko and la hacienda de San angel. They both have a separate vegetarian menu. The veggie wrap at cosmic rays and the veggie panini at backlot express were good.
