DS10 is a huge ribs fan but the only place I know of that has them is HDDR and we're not doing that this time around. Anywhere else have ribs on the menu?

I got ribs at Flame Tree Barbecue in AK and they were good. Huge portion and the corn muffin that came with them was delicious!

We just got back and we went to wolfgang puck cafe downtown disney and the ribs were wonderful!

I have had decent ribs at Trails End Buffet, Cape May, and Boma. Trails End were made with a dry rub, Cape May with a sauce and Boma's were somewhere in between. Of these 3 restaurants Cape May is my favorite. I am not a fan of the food at Boma, however I do love the resort and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Trails End is pretty far out of the way for what I think may be Stouffer's food. (Don't get me wrong, I do love Stouffers. I eat it almost every day for lunch while I am perusing the Dis Boards, but it is not what I am looking for on vacation). But Cape May is yummy. The buffet menu is not overwhelmingly large and many of the items are very very good. We go there every trip, twice on the last trip.

I am dying to try those on my next trip. Elected not to when I went a few weeks ago, but definitely next time!

I've been doing some ribs research myself - places I didn't see yet mentioned are Cosmic Rays in MK and Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge.

(I can't vouch for either personally, though!)

I am going to Whispering Canyons in August. I was also wondering how their ribs are. Opinions please!!

I love ribs... but I haven't found any at WDW that I like (I love Famous Dave's St. Louis style ribs).

I've had them at Flame Tree BBQ, and as a part of the all-you-can-eat skillet at Whispering Canyon.

They weren't bad - just not something I'd go out of my way for at Disney.

The Whispering Canyon Cafe hands down has the best ribs:thumbsup2 . I had them on the sampler platter and wished I had ordered them out right:confused3 !

We go to Flame Tree for the ribs and chicken *every single trip*, and have since I can remember! I have had and enjoyed them at WC and Cape May, but my family loves Flame Tree the best.

I did kind of a "rib off" during our 3 months in Kissimmee and multiple trips to Disney....

I am NOT a rib expert, but here are my thoughts...

Great DRY ribs...sauce is put on after cooking or on the side, I think!!!

Wilderness Lodge, Whispering Canyon, but I do not think you can get just ribs. I think they come with the skillet and then you just ask for more...

Great River Brewing Company on Boardwalk...pleasant surprise...great ribs!

Hoop-de-do Review...good dry ribs and chicken...but you have to pay for show too, great fun show, though!

WET ribs or cooked in the sauce...

House of Blues...fall off the bone....also, one of the best filets I ever had (called "stuffed") It had some cheese in the middle...but was it GOOD!

Cape May Buffet.....all you can eat!

Boma's...quite spicy in my opinion...kind of overwhelms the ribs....and they are only served on certain night, like 3-4 nights a week.

If I had to pick one.......................would go with Great River because I did not want the whole skillet at WL...

Good Luckand enjoy...Ted

I haave been told that the ribs at the HDDR and at Trails End are the same. Makes since to me since they are both located at Ft Wilderness.

I'm a ribs freak. Last year I managed to get ribs at Cosmic Rays(very good), Flame Tree(awesome) and HDDR(the best but has to compete with the best fried chicken). This year I will get to add WCC ribs. And I might get to stop on the way home in Fort Oglethorpe, GA and eat some of Buck's ribs.

1) The Mouse just don't do good "Q", sorry.
2) Acceptable are
. . . Flame Tree
. . . Wolfgang Puck's

Sci Fi were terrible, and Boma was a bit spicy for our taste.

I agree about Sci-Fi. I love the atmosphere there, but I hated the ribs. I don't know if it was the "midnight sauce" or whatever they put on them, but I didn't care for it at all. I recommend not trying them there first.
