Maybe, but I love Artist Point and usually try to eat there every trip. I go several times a year and have never seen quail on the menu.
OT: Probably a stupid question but do they even have quail in the Northwest? I know we have alot of them here in the south, but not sure about the northwest. I always thought they were warm blooded birds. Artist Point is based on foods in the northwest.
I've never seen quail on a WDW restaurant menu ... the only place that you might find it would be Victoria and Albert's and that's a big "might" even though it's a 5-diamond gourmet restaurant.
I'm sorry, but this struck me as really funny ... maybe I'm just not awake enough this morning ... but the mental image I've got of someone saying, "I'm going to Disney World and I can't wait to try the quail!" has given me the giggles.

And I'll put in a plug for the Bavarian Inn not too far from Washington D.C. in Shepherdtown, WV. A truly beautiful hotel with wildlife in its upscale restaurant.
I don't really know, to be serious for a moment; I've had quail eggs but not actual quail. I can't imagine any restaurant at WDW other than V&A serving it, though.
From my extensive collection of V&A menus:
Sept 28,2008-- the warm appetizer that evening was Poached South Carolina Quail with Black Mission Figs and Fuji Apples. Pretty good as I recall.
And the Bavarian Inn is one of our favorite places to stay on a short vacation!!
