Any good info on the Poly joining DVC soon? :0)

I know I'd be all over Poly DVC like white on rice. As it is I'm glad that DH has agreed to do DVC, now we just need to pay off a few things first.

I agree that it would be nice to see either a Poly or a GF DVC. We would almost certainly add on at either if they were offered. (We were a little tempted by the BLT location, but not enough to buy.) We'd definitely prefer GF, although we think the Poly is beautiful.

I really do believe that they will eventually add DVC's at both the Poly and the GF. But I think one or both will be a long time coming. No matter how many outside destinations are offered (Hawaii, the possible one in DC, even really California), they always need to have at least one DVC offering at WDW. That is the bread and butter of their operation, and the strong lure of owning DVC for many people. They do not want to force people interested in buying a WDW DVC to buy resale... it just won't happen. But, they may well do a second DVC tower at the Contemporary before they do either GF or the Poly.

I suspect they'll time the next WDW DVC to coincide with their current offerings selling out. So, they'll certainly want all the SSR Treehouse Villas points sold, and they'll want a high percentage of the AKV and/or BLT points gone. I don't know how long either is likely to take to sell out, but I bet they'll be careful not to leak plans of another monorail DVC until they are much closer to their goal. They don't want people holding back from buying BLT just because they see another monorail DVC on the horizon.
