Now that I have started this weight loss plan, I realized that Easter could be a problem. I am sure that my family and guests don't want to eat what is on Dr. Phil's menu, so I will have to put that plan on hold for the day.

I think I'm just going to ignore the diet for 24hours and make sure I run a bit extra at the gym the next week! Any ideas for reducing the fat in gravy hugely appreciated folks!
Just try to control the portion of the roast, I guess, and run an extra lap.
