I've rented points for a disneyworld trip...but didn't know how to rent out for DL...How much did you pay per point?

Actually, we got a great deal. I paid about $5 per point!

Do you mind saying how many poiints that took for the 5 nights? I read a little bit over on the rent/trade board but it still seemed like it would come out to be $300 a night for the Grand. I can get that without having to rent points. How does this work? Maybe I don't understand it. Did the person you rented from have any extra points left? I still can't afford the Grand if it's $10 per point.

We needed 30 points per night at 5 nights equals 120 points. We rented from someone who needed to use these points by the end of the month or loose them so she rented very inexpensively.
EDIT: Guess I'm not good at math should have been 150 points.Woops!
