Any good CS mexican food at disney?

I saw a few menus from CS's in epcot. Most seemed to have CORN tortillas or tacos. I don't mind corn tortilla chips with nachos but don't like them in tacos or burritos. I prefer the flour tortillas for those. Any suggestions for mexican food in disney?

Mexico CS has the corn tortillas. Could you just not eat the tortilla? Or get something without? The nachos and empanadas are really good

Tortuga Tavern at MK is open sometimes and they have CS Mexican with flour tortillas, though I recommend the Taco Salad!
