Any good Avocado recipes?

I love avocados and guacamole. But don't know of any good recipes for lunch or dinner. I love chicken too. Any good ideas? Thanks!

There was this great restaurant where we used to live that served chicken salad in an avocado half - was delicious. I love avocado, too.
Sometimes I will have smoked salmon and cream cheese on a plate with avocado slices and serve with bagel for weekend breakfast.
The Quizno's chain has really good guacamole. The turkey, bacon, guac sandwich is great.
