Hi - Did my online check in with Disney Cruise. There are forms on the bottom, but they don't pertain to me. I read somewhere to have all forms printed and filled out to make your check in smoother. Are there any forms I'm missing if the other's don't pertain to me? Is there forms that everyone on board had to fill out regardless???

Minor Authorization Form: I am not brining any one else's kids. Just my kids - So I don't need that form.
Special Services Information Form: We have no special request - So I don't need that form.
Parental Debarkation Authorization Form: My kids are under 18, but we only have on stateroom and they will not be leaving the ship with us (parents).

I feel like I am missing something otherwise online it all looks complete. I just didn't print anything out to bring.

Thank you for your help.

When checking in, the only "standard" forms you need is your signed cruise contract (which includes the "Online Check-In Signature Form" and the "Payment Authorization Form") & the medical one assuring that no one in your party is or has been sick recently. I don't remember being able to do the medical one ahead. I always just print the cruise contract ahead, sign it, and then fill in the medical one once I arrive at the port while standing on line. All that one really requires is a signature, it takes seconds to do, and there will be CMs handing them out as you walk in.

As long as you have your cruise contract signed and with you the only other form you need to fill out at port is the health form. It is very short and takes 2 secs to fill out.

Ok - Thank you. How and where is the cruise contract signed? Is that at the end of the sign in online?

Yes, that is at the end of the online check in process. You then print out the cruise contract and payment authorization and sign those and bring them to the port with you.

There is definitely something you need to print out, sign and bring with you. It will say at the end of your online check-in to sign it and bring it with you. It has all of the answers to the questions you put in the online check-in process. If you don't bring it, you will still be able to board, it will just take longer. When we got there, we handed them our signed forms, they said, "Is all the information on here still correct and current?" We said yes, they took our picture, and we were pretty much done. If your form isn't filled out, you'll have to answer all of those questions (passport numbers, credit cards, emergency contact phone numbers, etc. there and then.

You shouldn't have to answer those question again. When I've forgotten to print/bring the signed forms, they were able to just reprint them at check in. Did not take very long.

You're welcome. You can revisit the check-in page to review or make updates as needed. I've been a little obsessive lately and have rechecked multiple times (much more than necessary)!

Perfect - Thank you!!! Was worried about going back into that link. Didn't want to mess anything out :)

If fact, it is a good idea to revisit that page, perhaps more than once. And reprint the forms if you make any changes. Maybe your transportation plans change. Maybe your preferred credit card changes. Maybe you want to get a gift card for your kids to use on the ship. That way you could give them charging privileges, but not carte blanche with your credit card. My sister did this for her teen and tween. Depends on your kids ages of course. Point is, you are free to review and/or change those answers any time up to three days out. They want the info to be as accurate as possible.

And even if they can print it and have you sign it at the port, pre-print and pre-sign is faster and what they ask you to do.
