Any flight deals for March 2010?

For the past 2 years I got great deals around Nov. $212.00 pp from Syracuse to Orlando. I'm going to check out Buffalo though.

Looking for a cheap 1 way flight to Orlando or Daytona from Detroit or Flint for Dh for March break. I am driving the rest of the crew down....unless we spot a super Detroit Ding in December!

Keep checking Delta, I got $233 CAD return from Detroit, but that was in June.

We are flying Buffalo Orlando on Air Tran on March 11th. I got 64.00 per person but I see it's already gone up to 109.00 per person.
I booked it the first day they came out. I couldn't pass up those rates when I saw them!!!
You really have to keep watching them and book them as soon as you see them. It's being obsessive that finally scored me a deal.

Good job Mollyseven- the prices are up to $173 one way-ugh!! I have a feeling that I may not find anything until later on. I was hoping that I might try and get a jump on it, but no luck so far! I'm going to try and get more serious in searching now. I would have though b/c of the economy that people would not be flying and the prices would be good but that just doesn't seem to be the case! Very frustrating!! I'll let people know if I find a good deal though!

I am very new to this site, so if I screw up adding this post then I apologize in advance.

I am 22 years old and I have been to disney world 26 times in my life. I have NEVER driven, always taken a flight.

More recently - as I got older and had to pay for flights myself, I realized the HUGE savings in taking a flight from Buffalo instead of Toronto -which is where I am from. The best deals I have found were with southwest airlines or jetblue

I dont think they post flights until 4-5 months in advance so keep your eyes open on those websites and try to grab a deal.


PS: Just for an idea of the deals I have found with those sites, last year I went in May and I paid $208 round trip from Buffalo International airport to Orlando International Airport.

I read online that southwest won't be releasing their next batch until October 13th....I have no idea if this is true but they are generally the last to release their flights when I have been looking. I am hoping JetBlue will release at the end of this week as I would like to book our return with them. Air tran is great but no t.v's and 15.00 baggage fee so I would like to try Jetblue. I look about 3 times a day.

I hope they do b/c I really want to get this organized and settled. Plus, the only way that I can convince my DH to go to Orlando (3 years in a row) is if I get a great deal on flights. UGH!! This HAS got to work!! I LOVE it soooo much!!
