Welcome to WISH and WW's.
I love the Cheesecake factory.
My favorite is to have the Thai Lettuce Wraps as an entree.
Unfortunately Cheesecake factory does not give nutritional info, so it's hard to figure out. I just look at my plate and guestimate to the best of my knowledge. Here is what I counted a half portion as the last time I was there. Sometimes 1/2 is more than enough. I usually split this with my mom, and sometimes we split two things depending on how hungry, what meal etc.
Create Your Own Thai Lettuce Rolls! Satay Chicken Strips, Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Coconut Curry Noodles and Lettuce Leaves with Three Delicious Spicy Thai Sauces Peanut, Sweet Red Chili and Tamarind-Cashew
1/2 portion- (double amounts for full portion)
*Chicken 2oz- 2 pts
*Peanuts- .5 pts (small amount on chicken)
s*auce - 2points (there are dipping sauces). Sweet red chili is probably the least amount of points.
*noodles-I didn't use the noodles this last time, but they are thin and tiny and they probably don't bring you more than 1/2 cup.(remember 1 cup of pasta is 4 points. If you use any of them, count accordingly based on how much you use).
I also split the Shrimp Pad Thai last time I was there.
1/2 portion
shrimp .5 points
tofu- .5 points
Egg - 1 point
Sauce 2 points
Pad Thai Noodles 6 points
Peanuts .5
Remember that eating out is a good time to use some of your Flex Points.
Go to the website, they have a picture of the Thai Lettuce Wrap on the menu.
Just go through each item and break out what is in it. You can ask for sauces and dressings on the side. If you need help guestimating points on a dish, just let me know.
Have fun.
