For all those doing weight watchers or similar diets, have you found any decent fat free, sugar free snacks? Chocolate, of course, would be preferable. Thanks.

I do WW, but I've decided that I'm not going to really stress about what I eat when we go in Oct. For as many times as I've gone not on WW, I've never gained weight while there. (it must be all of the walking-LOL) Anyway, I figure if I make smart choices for breakfast (which we eat in the room) and lunch, I can splurge a little on a snack and dinner. That said, I think the Dole Whip would be a decent snack choice. It's not sugar free, but I'm pretty sure it is fat free. I've also seen some "no sugar added" prepackaged desserts at some of the CS restaurants. HTH!

I am on WW and with the timing of my August trip, I may be on maintenence or at goal when we go to WDW. So I'm going to be careful not to mess that up (all those months of work at WW!)

My plan is to eat a normal breakfast in the room, and eat a proper WW lunch (salad, plain grilled chicken, etc.) I will also try to eat fruit. Dinner, I plan on splurging... but to be honest, I do not think I can physically eat a lot anymore, so I should be okay there. My main splurges will be dinner, dessert at dinner and alcohol.

Good Luck!

I just had a lady at my WW meeting tell me that she got back from Disney & had no problems at all staying on course. She had frozen fruit bars as snacks & said every park had fresh, delicious fruit stands. She ate breakfast in her room (Kashi Trail Mix bars, I love those too!) And salad or rice & chicken for lunch. And then she said she just ordered what she wanted for dinner & asked them to only give her half. I thought those were all great plans.

Personally, if I want chocolate, I just have it. I think 2 bites of real chocolate is way better than a bunch of fake chocolate.

I also do WW..and we went to WDW in June, followed by 4 days on Nantucket and I did gain weight, 3.8 lbs actually..but you know what, one week later at weigh in..i was down 3 of those lbs already. Your body won't hold onto the weight you gain ( if you gain any) for long because as soon as you go back to the program it will reset itself. HOWEVER, to answer your question, in MGM Backlot Express had a really yummy sugarfree strawberry parfait thing..and i second the thought that fruit salads and reg. salads are showing up everywhere :) have fun..and remember. you are on vacation!:beach:

Hi fellow WWer. I started WW 1 1/2 years ago @ 325 and am now @ 222. Last trip (2006) Cosmic Ray's had a prepackaged sugar free brownie that was scrumptious, however, I suggest that you don't eat more than 1 as I ate mine and DH's and spent the next hour in the bathroom. . must have been the sugar alcohol. . . does it to me every time.

There are some sugar free goodies to be had at Goofy's Candy Co. at DTD. I love the gummies! Maggie

I agree with Maggie. The SF pecan patty at Goofy's is amazing! And I'm not even on a SF diet, I just wanted a pecan patty and all they had was SF. Now I have to get one every time I go! :)
