Any facebook experts..weird question

One of the girls that I work with started a facebook account. For some reason her "town" is coming up as Fargo, ND, even though her profile has her real town, which is NO where near Fargo. What shows to others is Fargo.
We have tried everything to fix this and nothing works.

Someplace along the line there was a post that she joined the "fargo ND network", which I'm sure has something to do with it.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? We can't find any reference to this "network" in ND to delete it.

It's driving us NUTS!

I am really not sure, but do you put in your Zip Code when you sign up? Maybe she put it in wrong and that is what it goes by? I think that the Info that shows up is based just on the text you type in. So maybe that is why it is different?

The zip isn't even close. She may just have to delete the whole account and start over.

I dont know. Mine says a city 35 miles away (i lived there awile ago, before facebook account was opened). I have the right zipcode but it wont show it lol.

Under the account settings there is a network tab. She should be able to add or remove networks there.

If it is listed under current city you can change you basic information from your profile page by clicking the little pen/pencil looking thing next to information.

Mine says I'm in Sac but I'm in Suisun. Close but not quite....I don't let it bother me tho.
