Any experiences with Remy at Chefs de France?

We would not normally think of eating here, but my DD6 loves Ratatouille! I have read everything I can on his appearances, but the only details I have seen say Monday-Saturday from 12:30-6 for 40 minutes at a time. That's a 5.5 hour window with less than three hours of appearance.

I make my ADRs Wednesday and would love to see Remy, but I don't want to be disappointed by not seeing him. Any suggestions?

He is out for a 40 minute set and then approximately a 20 minute break. Unless you are served and eat extremely fast you will see at least one of the sets. If you make sure the maitre'd knows you are interested Remy will walk over to your table.
