Our plane is landing at MCO at 9:45pm and we're going to use ME. I was just wondering about any experiences with ME and late arrivals. I plan on packing our pj's in my carry-on. I'm also assuming there will be a big white Mickey hand to great me upon arrival. I'm wondering if they'll have buses or vans since there probably won't be that many people arriving that late and if we'll have to wait longer for additional passengers to fill up the bus. I'd also like to hear how long it took for the luggage to arrive to your room, I'm hoping they won't be knocking on my door at 2am. So, if anyone has used ME with a late arrival I'd love to hear your story!!

You would be surprised to see how many people arrive late at night in Orlando. I think people were offered the choice to wait for the luggage or you could tell them to deliver it in the morning.

Some friends of mine recently arrived at 9:15pm. They arrived at their resort (All-Star Music) in about an hour. The resort stated that they do not automatically deliver luggage after 11pm. The resort left a voicemail on their phone and they called for their luggage in the morning. The luggage took about 45 minutes to arrive after they called. However, the 45 minute delivery time was more likely a function of All-Stars more than ME. At a moderate, or deluxe resort with bell services, the luggage probably would have been brought right away after they called..

They could have called for their luggage any time after the voice mail light appeared on their phone.

and I was really surprised to see the number of people that got in line with us. We did not see anyone with white hands, we just went to the A side of the first floor and walked until we saw the counter that said Disney Magical Express. We rode on a cruiseline bus to the resort and it was about 1/2 full. Have a great time!! I already wish I was going back. :wizard:
