Any experience w/HolidayInnExpress in Savannah?

We are driving NJ to FL in June, and I had booked a room for our drive day at the Clubhouse Inn (Savannah), but now I am thinking that it is too far away from I95. (I think it would take close to 1/2 hour to get there from 95)

I should be okay with a Holiday Inn Express, right? There are 5 of us and they have a double-double with a sleeper sofa which would work. And they have a full American breakfast, too.

Anyone know if this is a decent place for a night?

I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express in several locations. They've always been neat, clean, comfortable and friendly.

When we traveled back to Jersey from Fla this summer we did the same. The traveling time from 95 to Savannah was only 10-15 minutes. It is worth the stop. I don't know about the Holiday Inn Express, but the Hyatt and the Marriott are really nice. Check Marriott's prices. They sometimes give discounts to AAA and Entertainment card holders.
