Any examples of 5-6 day trips to see all parks?

We're finally doing Disney the "right" way later this spring. We're going to be there for 5 full days plus 1/2 to 2/3 days the day we get there and leave. So that's a 5/2 trip. Does anyone know if there are sample plans to see the parks, recommendations on what to see, etc.? We have boys who are 6, 11, 14 and want to spend 2 days at Magic Kingdom (for the 6 year old) and maybe 1 1/2 days at Epcot. Outside of that, we have the Water Fun & More and park hopper passes, so I'm looking at some examples so we can decide on what to do, and also plan for meals NOW. Help!

I am sure you could get the UG or TGM and it would help you out alot. If you would just like suggestions...try doing the EMH in the am's. This will free up alot of you wait times, then I would switch to a different park for the day. You would be able to do all parks with out any problem and still be able to enjoy an evening or two at DTD.

UG = The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World
TGM = Tour Guide Mike
EMH = Extra Magic Hour - only good if you staying at a Disney resort
DTD = Downtown Disney

Where you go on what day depends if you are staying at a Disney resort. If not at a Disney resort, avoid the park having EMH as those who *are* at a Disney resort will have been able to get in an hour early, or stay an extra three hours.

I like the Passporter Guide -http://www.passporter.com/ , but the Unofficial Guide is good too. Either one will explain all these terms and also have touring plans for all the parks.

Sorry...The PP (previous poster) already filled you in about the abbr.
I too like the passporter but I think for a first timer or for a person trying to put together a schedule would have better luck with either the Unofficial guide book or Tour Guide Mike.
I like the PP would tell you to avoid the parks on EMH days...except I say go to them in the mornings and then switch parks as the rest of the crowd flows in. We can do the vast majority of a park within a hour or so. My example would be...In june we did EMH at MK. We went to Space Mountian grabbed a fast pass...went to all of the other open attractions. Went to the rope next to HM, and as soon as we did it dropped so we were the first on it...then we went back to Main Street, went to the bakery, grabbed breakfast, and headed back to SM and rode it, and it was only like 10 a.m. by this time the crowds were growing, and we headed out of MK and off to another park. We had an easy time switching over and had a great rest of the day...other than the heat and rain!

Are you staying onsite?

Definitely take advantage of going each morning EMH. You can get
so much accomplished and out of the way at the parks
during that extra hour. And it doesn't feel like going
commando either.

Also, people swear by TGM and his planning offered at his site.
