Any Disney Store CM's?

I am about to book our vacation for next year and am a little confused.When I call the number for CM's to make hotel ressies do I have to pay for it right then.How about for ADR's as well.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not a TDS CM anymore, but back in the day you just called reservations like normal and provided your CM ID# to make the reservation, still only paid a deposit. When you check in you have to show your current ID card and pay with either you or your dependents credit card. ADR's were just like normal.
