Any discounts in Jan 2002?

We want to go to WDW Jan 2002 and are hoping for a discount. I haven't seen one yet but that doesn't mean there isn't one out there! Has anyone seen a discount or know when they may be available for Jan? We are not AP holders or DC members. TIA

I'm planning on January 2002 myself.

I was told (sort of confidential like) that I should call back after halloween for discounts.

AAA rates are out for January 2002. Right now we're paying $106 per night for Coronado Springs. Hoping for some AP rates soon!!!

Does DC offer any discount rates in January ? Would they be for AS or just Modrates ?

Now see, I heard from the DC that their rates for 2002 would be avail in the last week of Sep. So we're waiting with baited breath. And I'm hoping that we'll be able to get a better deal for our 5-night WL stay Jan 26th.
